Work with us
One person, one product, looking for a second.
INTYGA is early. Rather than a careers page that implies a company we do not have, here is exactly what stage this is at and what we are looking for.
Where things actually stand
INTYGA is one person. There is no team to join yet, no HR function, and no equity story that has been de-risked by someone else's money. If you are looking for a job, this is not one — and it would waste your time to describe it as one.
What exists is a working product, two publication-ready protocol specifications, a clear thesis about a real problem, and a European market that is about to be told by regulation to solve it. What is missing is a second person who is genuinely good at something the founder is not.
The co-founder search
The gap is commercial, not technical. The engineering has a direction and a spec behind it. What INTYGA does not have is someone who can sit across from a CISO, run a design-partner programme, and turn a security argument into a signed contract — and who wants to own that rather than be handed it.
If your instinct on reading the pricing page was to argue with it, that is a good sign. So is having strong opinions about which of the things on the roadmap should be cut.
What the work is
Selling a control that is deliberately narrow, to buyers who have been oversold to for years, in a category where the incumbents are large and the honest answer is sometimes that the customer does not need you. The product's main differentiator is that it can be verified without trusting the vendor, which means the sales motion has to be unusually straight.
You would be working on a European-first go-to-market: EU AI Act human-oversight obligations, NIS2, ISO 27001 programmes, and the Nordic public sector. Remote-friendly, but the company is registered and rooted in Falun.
What we can honestly offer
- Meaningful co-founder equity, because that is the only currency currently available.
- Genuine ownership of the commercial side rather than a function reporting into it.
- A product where the technical claims hold up to scrutiny, which makes the job easier than most.
- An unusually clear view of the risk: pre-revenue, pre-certification, pre-funding.
Later
Engineering, developer relations, and compliance roles will open once there is funding behind them. There is no point listing them now — a careers page advertising roles that cannot be paid for is a way of looking bigger than you are, and this is a company whose entire pitch is that it does not ask to be taken on faith.
