Subprocessors

Scope

INTYGA is provided by Janbjer Technologies AB (org. no. 559602-1757), a Swedish aktiebolag with its registered office at Rickards plan 3, 791 47 Falun, Sweden. This list concerns providers processing personal data on our customers’ behalf. Our own billing, business contacts and website administration are described separately in the privacy notice. The final list and its version will accompany the agreed Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Service infrastructure

Databricks, Inc. (Neon)

Database hosting for accounts, memberships, public credentials, approval data and audit records, provided as Neon by Databricks, Inc., the parent company of Neon, LLC. Primary hosting is planned in Frankfurt, Germany (AWS eu-central-1). Backup locations, support access and the contractual coverage of our account remain to be confirmed.

Fly.io, Inc.

Gateway hosting: service data during processing, request metadata and server logs. The primary gateway region is planned in Frankfurt, Germany, next to the database. Support, logging and onward processing locations, the applicable processor-chain terms and customer-specific deletion arrangements remain to be confirmed.

Vercel Inc.

Console and website hosting: service data in web flows, request metadata and server logs. The project configuration selects Frankfurt (fra1) for the console and Stockholm (arn1) for this website; static content uses a global CDN. Deployed settings and other processing and support locations remain to be confirmed.

Upstash, Inc.

Redis for short-lived rate-limit and replay identifiers, and QStash for scheduling and delivery metadata. The EU region is confirmed by INTYGA’s operator. Exact per-product regions, replicas and the locations of support and other metadata processing remain to be documented.

Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend)

Transactional e-mail: recipient addresses, enrollment and approval links, account-security alerts and delivery records. Approval notifications contain no approval action content. Sending from Ireland (eu-west-1) is confirmed by INTYGA’s operator. Resend states that message content and delivery records are stored in the USA regardless of sending region.

Support, network and monitoring providers

Proton (support e-mail), Cloudflare (storage/network services) and Better Stack (monitoring) are also under assessment. They must be included in the final contractual list wherever they process customer personal data. Their precise service scope, contracting entities, processing locations and transfer arrangements are not yet confirmed here. This review list should therefore not be read as an exhaustive list of approved subprocessors.

International processing

An EU hosting or sending region does not establish where all support, logs or onward processing occur. The final list will identify the applicable transfer arrangements. These may include the relevant EU Standard Contractual Clauses and required transfer assessments, or an applicable adequacy decision. A supplier’s published DPA is a reference, not proof of our account’s contractual coverage.

Changes and questions

INTYGA informs the customer’s designated contact, or its account administrator, of intended additions or replacements in advance, allowing a meaningful opportunity to object before the change. Publication on this page does not replace direct notice. Objections and changes in the processing chain are handled under the DPA and applicable transfer terms.
